Linked, de-identified data from the RILDS can be used by approved researchers, under strict security and confidentiality requirements, with agency consent. The use of RILDS data is always driven by state priorities and is either commissioned by the state or undertaken with state approval.

The following datasets are held by RILDS. Third-party researchers and external partners may not be able to request all data.
A Data Use Agreement is required for any individual-level, de-identified data request to ensure that data are used in accordance with state and federal law.
Once Data Use Agreements have been executed and contracts established, DataSpark can begin preparing your requested dataset.
A Data Use Agreement is not required, although the RILDS Data Contributing Agencies must approve the request as well as review the outgoing aggregate-level data.
